Lost Boys Project
Solid Ideas is very proud to recognize the contribution of the illustration talents of Myk Friedman to the premier issue:
The Echoes of the Lost Boys of Sudan series is based on true stories told by four Sudanese refugees recalling the terrifying journey from their homeland. These graphic novels are being distributed to school libraries across the country to enlighten and educate in a format that is visually dynamic for all ages.
After only one issue, the project has received much acclaim and recognition from NEWSWEEK Magazine and NPR Radio, as well as cover stories in The Dallas Morning News and The Dallas Observer.
